With a wide ranging experience in design and construction, combined with having successfully completed   a number of projects ranging from; airports, residential projects, office blocks, and hotels. Recent successful projects include, the seven star Antalya Belek Rixos Hotel, Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport terminal building, Mugla Bodrum lcmeler club Belizia, Moscow Arehovo houses trading building and Ankara Angora Houses.

PLS İnşaat A.Ş. ensures that the construction of every project is completed to the highest possible standards and only top quality materials are used. Customer satisfaction with the finished product is the company’s main objective; they have become synonymous with good quality projects, excellent design and construction.

Mehmet Pelesen was born in Bursa in 1960. He graduated from Middle East Technical University Department of Maths in 1983. He started lecturing about mathemetics in Çankaya University untill 1993. After the University, he leaped to the Construction Bussiness and commited the administration of many big companies leading the sector in Turkey. At that time, he was also attended to a health tourism projects with Gazi University which is still on progress.

Considering the potential of the growing needs in Turkey, he established the concept of New Generation Houses to provide satisfaction for the high expectations of the new, young generation.

Mehmet Pelesen is also in charge among the Board of Directors of the Turkish Basketball Federation, and conducting the progression of the New Generation Concept.
